I know that we are in the calm before the storm that will be the “New Years Fitness Resolution,” but while we’re still in the “I’ll eat whatever I want and worry about it in a few weeks” frame of mind, my encouragement is that you’ll consume all of your holiday goodies in a way that maintains a sense of dignity.

…this is as much a reminder to myself as it is anyone reading…;)

After her first week of motherhood, Charity and I discuss what’s next in her journey back to fitness. As it stands her “Stats” are as follows.

Weight: 155.8
* In Inches
Arm: 12.5
Chest: 37.5
Waist: 38
Hips: 45.5
Thigh: 22
Calf: 15

We are looking at these numbers as a baseline as walking should be able to begin in a week or so…..yay! More updates soon!
